Getting involved on campus is one of the fastest ways to become a part of the UW-Platteville community and create your own Pioneer experience.  The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) shows that student success is directly linked to student involvement. So what are you waiting for?

Engage in community outreach – whether it’s Engineers Without Borders, Habitat for Humanity, or any number of service organizations. Gain new perspective in a multicultural organization, like Black student Union or Hmong Club. Explore a wide range of academic interests – from the Criminal Justice Association to El Club Español. Be a Marching Pioneer or participate in any of the music and theatre groups, open to all students regardless of major. Go Greek in one of 14 fraternities and sororities. Join the nationally ranked Paintball Club or participate in a special interest organization, which includes everything from Outdoor Recreation Club to Swing Club. The possibilities are endless…

Check out Late Night at the Markee or attend Welcome Back Fest, where concert performers have included Lady Antebellum, My Darkest Days and We the Kings. Use your student discount to see a musical or theatre production in the Center for the Arts. Support Pioneer athletics as a member of the O-Zone. Attend the Distinguished Lecture Series, which has featured speakers like Betty Degeneres and Robert Ballard, discoverer of the Titanic. No matter what your interests, there is always something to do.
