Professor Harold Evensen

Professor Evensen's Homepage

Professor Evensen has primary research interests in organic ("plastic") solar cells (building and testing), plus interests in nanofabrication. In addition, his research interests include nanopatterning and adapting research results and protocols into modules for outreach and/or education. Recent projects have included creating controlled nanometer-scale wrinkles on a silicone polymer, construction and nanoscale characterization of polymer solar cells (with the Centre for Organic Electronics, University of Newcastle, Australia), and guiding student research into microfluidics.

Professor Wu's Homepage

Assistant Professor Yan Wu’s primary research interest is scanning probe microscopy based nanometer scale material characterization. Applications include a variety of interdisciplinary aspects: nanoscale materials and structures for energy conversion and storage, nanoelectronics, biomolecular engineering and devices, interfacial phenomena and nanomaterial interactions with biological materials, and nanofluidics.
