Information Technology Services supports a variety of technolgies to meet the university's telecommunications needs:

  • VoIP desk phones and conference phones
  • Cell phones and devices
  • Fax machines
  • Headsets for Avaya/Nortel VoIP phones

Billing:

The university is typically billed for telecommunication services under one account for the entire campus. Information Technology Services uses electronic detail to generate a statement for each department.

Contracts

All telecommunication services are governed by state contracts and policies:

  • Centrex Contract
  • Cellular Contract
  • Cellular Phone Discounts for Employees
