Women's health focus of UWP 'Connections' lunch

PLATTEVILLE - An update on women's health will be the focus of the Feb. 25, University of Wisconsin-Platteville "Connections" Tuesday luncheon series. The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Park Inn Convention Center, Platteville.

Guest presenter is nurse practitioner Kelly Kruse Nelles, currently an educator in UW-Madison's Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program. Nelles is a member of the UW-Madison Center of Excellence in Women's Health.

The "Connections" series will offer two additional spring programs, "Quilts and the Underground Railroad," set for March 25 and "Native American Indians" on April 22.
