Motorcycle and moped parking permits are available at the University Police office only. You may visit the office to order and pick up a motorcycle or moped permit.

You will be given online cycle only instructions using in-house computers. You may complete the order in-house or at any time online. The permit will not be mailed to you. You will need to pick up your permit at the University Police Department during office hours. Please allow yourself 5–15 minutes to complete the process if you have not already completed your order online.

You will need to provide the following information if ordering at the time of pickup:

  • Moped or Cycle Plate Number
  • Make
  • Model
  • Plate Registration Owner Name
  • Owner Phone Number

You can receive your motorcycle or moped permit for free if you have purchased a Remote, Residence Hall, Commuter or Staff vehicle hang tag permit.

Motorcycle permits are lot type specific, just as vehicle hang tag permits.  You may only park a motorcycle in the cycle stalls located in the lot type specific to your permit type.

Motorcycle permits are only to be used on a single vehicle.  They may not be removed and placed on another motorcycle/moped.
