Bicycle Registration

The City of Platteville requires that all bicycles used on city streets have a license. The UW-Platteville University Police provide FREE bicycle registration, which includes a bike license decal. More information about bicycle registration and a registration form are available at the University Police website.

In addition to registration provided by the University Police, the City of Platteville also provides bicycle registration for $1. Bikes can be registered at the Platteville Police Station, 165 N. Fourth Street (on the corner of Fourth and Mineral Streets).
